Where Winds Meet opens with story chapters, weapon learning, sect choices, world exploration, online activities, and reward tracks arriving close together. A clean opening loop is story objective, nearest boundary stone, one normal enemy pack, healing check, and return path. Repeat that loop until movement, recovery, and camera control feel automatic.
For the first weapon plan, keep Nameless Sword or Nameless Spear as the safe story pair. Push Qingzhou exploration only when you can clear regular mobs without burning supplies, then sample one larger activity such as Sword Trial or Hero Realm after the weapon rhythm is steady.

After that, branch by activity. Qingzhou asks for travel safety and side-objective stamina. Sword Trial asks for object interaction, such as Cang's iron buckets or Black-Clothed Thief roof tiles. Hero Realm asks for group calls, especially Taicu platform balance and Dufu pressure-sharing.
